Reading Ryder’s article on Sunday night while feeling anxious about the arrival of Monday is somehow healing myself. Studying and working in Taipei for almost 10 years, sometimes I do miss my hometown, Taichung, which is only 2-hour highway bus away from Taipei. I tried to find myself in the busy big city but somehow lost. And yet, now I realize, to relief the stress and anxiety I have for the upcoming week I just need to focus the task I I have to do now (like finish my laundry and get a good sleep) and bullet journal always helps.
